36") shall be submitted to the Transportation Department for review and subsequently for the required
clearance of the condition of approval prior to the issuance of a grading permit. Please note, if
improvements within the road right of way are required per the conditions of approval, the grading
clearance may be dependent on the submittal of street improvement plans, the opening of an IP account,
and payment of the processing fee. Otherwise, please submit required grading plan to the Transportation
Department, Plan Check Section, 8th Floor, 4080 Lemon Street, Riverside, CA. Standard plan check
turnaround time is 10 working days.
