Submit the applicable WQMP applicability checklist, found on http://rcflood.org/npdes/, if your project proposes an auto repair shop, adding 5,000 sq.ft. of impervious area, or disturbing more than 1 acre. If a WQMP is required, submit a single file PDF on two CD/DVD copies to the Transportation Department for review and approval. 060 - Transportation. 2 SUBMIT PLANS Not Satisfied In addition to submitting grading plans to the Department of Building and Safety, the project proponent shall submit two sets of grading plans (24" x 36") to the Transportation Department for review and approval. If road right of way improvements are required, the project proponent shall submit street improvement plans for review and approval, open an IP account, and pay for all associated fees in order to clear this condition. The Standard plan check turnaround time is 10 working days. Approval is required prior to issuance of a grading permit. 80.
