General Conditions
1. With respect to the conditions of approval for the referenced tentative exhibit, it is understood that the
exhibit correctly shows acceptable centerline elevations, all existing easements, traveled ways, and
drainage courses with appropriate Q's, and that their omission or unacceptability may require the exhibit
to be resubmitted for further consideration. This ordinance and all conditions of approval are essential
parts and a requirement occurring in ONE is as binding as though occurring in all. All questions regarding
the true meaning of the conditions shall be referred to the Transportation Department.
2. All centerline intersections shall be at 90 degrees, plus or minus 5 degrees.
