Quality Management Plan (WQMP), on one PDF on two CD copies, if the development of the
parcel(s) meets or exceeds any of the thresholds outlined in the WQMP guidance document. If it is
determined that a WQMP is required, the owner applicant shall be required to submit a WQMP and
associated plans for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit. More information can be
