They are intended to advise the applicant of various Federal, State and County regulations applicable to this entitlement and the subsequent development of the subject property. Fire Fire. 1 Fire - Advisory Fire Department emergency vehicle apparatus access road locations and design shall be in accordance with the California Fire Code, Riverside County Ordinance 460, Riverside County Ordinance 787, and Riverside County Fire Department Standards.
