APPLY TO THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT, PERMIT
SECTION, FOR AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR ALL WORK ON EXISTING
COUNTY MAINTAINED ROADS, AND FOR UTILITY WORK WITHIN OFFERS OF
DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE.
6.
IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR OR DEVELOPER
TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN ALL CONSTRUCTION, REGULATORY, GUIDE AND
WARNING SIGNS WITHIN THE PROJECT LIMITS AND ITS SURROUNDINGS AND
TO PROVIDE SAFE PASSAGE FOR THE TRAVELLING PUBLIC AND WORKERS
