FOR PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL MATCH COUNTY FEDERAL METRIC STANDARD
STENCILS EXACTLY. ALL STRIPING AND MARKING DETAILS SHALL MATCH CALTRANS
STANDARD PLANS DETAILS.
4, ALL CONFLICTING STRIPES & PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL BE REMOVED BY
SANDBLASTING OR GRINDING. CONFLICTING SIGNS & RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS
SHALL BE REMOVED. ALL REMOVALS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
DEVELOPER OR APPLICANT.
5. PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPES & PAINTED PAVEMENT MARKINGS (IF ALLOWED) SHALL BE
APPLIED IN TWO COATS. PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL BE APPLIED IN THERMOPLASTIC
FORMAT UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED.
& ALL REMOVED SIGNS SHALL BE SALVAGED & DELIVERED TO COUNTY YARD AS
DIRECTED BY THE COUNTY INSPECTOR ON THE JOB SITE.
7, ALL STRIPING AND MARKING DETAILS SHALL MATCH CALTRANS STANDARD PLANS
DETAILS,
8, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL SIGNING & STRIPING IN ACCORDANCE NTH THE
APPROVED PLAN WITH ALL INCURRED COSTS BORNE BY THE DEVELOPER.
9. PAVEMENT MARKINGS TO BE THURMALPLASTIC AND ALL TO BE DONE BY CONTRACTOR
10. ALL SIGNING AND STRIPING NOT WITHIN DESIGNATED COUNTY RIGHT –OF –WAY SHALL BE
INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED BY THE DEVELOPER, ALL WORK SHALL BE COORDINATED
WITH COUNTY FORCES.
11. RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS SHALL BE FURNISHED & INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STRIPING DETAILS SHOWN ON THE SIGNING AND STRIPING
PLAN. INSTALLATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED WITHIN SEVEN WORKING DAYS OF
ROADWAY STRIPING. RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS ARE TO BE INSTALLED ON
