I, Vincent W. Scarpati, certify that I am a Registered Civil Engineer of the State of California; 508
that Tract Map No. 34324 was prepared by Charles J. Priolo, R.C.E. 30790 and is filed in Book
434 of Maps, at Pages 6 through 9, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County,
California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3,
Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Engineer assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance
with Chapter 4, Article 9, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a
survey was performed by me or under my direction in November, 2014, which verified the
information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
Incorrect Data:
1) Page 2, under Engineer's Notes, Note 3: " O Indicates set 1" I.D. iron pipe tagged R.C.E
30790, set flush."
2) Page 2, under Engineer's Notes, Note 8: "Set 1" I.D. pipe with plastic plug marked
R.C.E. 30790 ", flush at all lot corners, angle points in side or rear lot lines and angle
points in subdivision boundary."
Corrected Data:
1) Replace Engineer's Notes, Note 3: O: "R.C. E. 30790" with R.C.E. 33520.
2) Replace Engineer's Notes, Note 8: "R.C. E. 30790" with R.C.E. 33520.
