AS OWNERS do hereby certify and declare:
(1) That the property known as Forest Lawn Memorial —Park Cathedral City is
situated in the City of Cathedral City, County of Riverside, State of California, being
contained in Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 28294, as per map filed in Book 195,
Pages 64 & 65 of Parcel Maps, records of said county, and which also is a part of
Parcel I of Parcel Map No. 20714 on file in Book 143, Pages 49 and 50 of Parcel
Maps, records of Riverside County; and that the boundary of the property hereby
dedicated is indicated on the map hereinafter referred to by a line of extended
successive dashes and two dots and is more particularly described as follows:
(4) That this dedication is and at all times shall be subject to all rules and
regulations governing Forest Lawn Memorial —Park CATHEDRAL CITY, the mausoleum/colum—
barium, and /or various parcels, sections, lots, plots, or other subdivisions or portions
thereof, now in effect and those hereafter adopted.

accordance with the laws of the State of California, and particularly under the
provisions of the Health and Safety Code of said State.
