I, Charles J. Moore, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that Tract Map No. 28789-1 was prepared under my supervision and direction, and is filed in
Book 452 of Maps, at Pages 96 through 100, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside
County, State of California, and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance
with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is corrected as follows:
1. All centerline points of control shown as "❑" have been monumented with a 1" iron pipe tagged
"LS 9106" in lieu of an 18" copper clad pin and brass cap stamped "LS 9106".
2. Along the southerly line of Verdant Circle, the westerly terminus of that course shown as
" N73023'03"E 331.92'" has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in top of curb at a 9.50' perpendicular offset northerly from said course.
3. The rear corners of lots 2 through 8, have been monumented with a lead, tack and tag
stamped "LS 9106" set in top of wall at a 0.50 foot northerly prolongation of the side lot lines of
said lots 2 through 8.
4. Along the easterly line of lot 10, the southerly terminus of that course shown as" N01 °54'06"E
91.44'", has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106" set in top of wall
at a 0.75 foot northeasterly prolongation of the side lot line.
5. Along the southeasterly line of lot 10, the northeasterly terminus of that course shown as
" A=1'03'28" R=1341.00' L=24.75' ", has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag
stamped "LS 9106" set in top of wall at a 0.75 foot perpendicular or radial offset northwesterly
of said line.
6. Along the southeasterly line of lot 10, the southwesterly terminus of that course shown as
" A=1'03'28" R=1341.00' L=24.75'", has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag
stamped "LS 9106" set in top of wall at a 0.50 foot perpendicular or radial offset northwesterly
of said line.

7. Along the westerly line of lot 10, the southerly terminus of that course shown as" N30°48'00"E
122.47'", has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106" set in top of
wall at a 0.50 foot northeasterly prolongation of the side lot line.
8. The rear corners of lots 12 through 19 and lots 22 through 26, have been monumented with a
lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106" set in top of wall at a 0.25 foot easterly prolongation of
the side lot lines of said lots 12 through 19 and lots 22 through 26.
9. The northwesterly rear corner of lot 20 has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag
stamped "LS 9106" set in top of wall at a 0.50 foot northeasterly prolongation of the side lot
line of said lot 20.
10. Along the northerly line of lot 32, the northwesterly terminus of that course shown as
" N72037'55"W 146.94'", has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped
"LS 9106", set in wall footing, in lieu of a 1" IP tagged "RCE 28248".
11. The southeasterly corner of lot 51 has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped
"LS 9106" set in top of curb along the southerly prolongation of the easterly line of said lot 51.
12. Along the easterly line of lot 31, the southeasterly terminus of that course shown as
" A=1'06'42" R=263.00' L=5.10' ", has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped
"LS 9106" set in top of curb at a 9.50' radial offset, northeasterly from said course.
13. Along the easterly line of lot 31, the northeasterly terminus of that course shown as
" A=4°10'31" R=330.00' L=24.05'", has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped
"LS 9106" set in top of curb at a 9.75' radial offset, southeasterly from said course.
