that a survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract Map No. 36546-1;
that said Tract Map was filed on December 16, 21716 in Book 453 of Maps, at Pages 72 through
81, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
SURVEYOR'S NOTES:
Q Indicates set 1" iron pipe and tag stamped "L.S. 6922", flush.
Set nail and tag stamped "L.S. 6922", in top of curb (Riverside County STD. "E") for
B.C.'S, E.C.'S, P.C.C.'S, P.R.C.'S and corner cutbacks projected perpendicular or radial
from centerline at an offset of 9.75' feet, unless noted otherwise. The offset on Calistoga
Drive is 14.75'. The offset on Promontory Parkway is 13.75'.
Set 1" iron pipe tagged "L.S. 6922", flush at all rear corners, angle points in side or rear
lot lines, and angle points in subdivision boundary.
And is corrected as follows:
SURVEYOR'S NOTES:
Indicates found monuments as noted. Destroyed during construction, re -set 1" x 18"
iron pipe and tag stamped "SB&O LS 6922", flush in asphalt, as shown on attached
Exhibits A-1 and A-2.
Q Indicates set 1" iron pipe and tag stamped "SB&O LS 6922", flush.
A Indicates set 1" x 18" iron pipe and tag stamped "SB&O LS 6922", flush in asphalt
for street centerline points as shown on attached Exhibit A-3.
Set 1" iron pipe tagged "SB&O LS 6922", flush at all rear corners, angle points in side or
rear lot lines, and angle points in subdivision boundary. Except, set lead and tag stamped
"SB&O LS 6922" in lieu of 1" iron pipe as shown on attached Exhibit A-4.
