CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Monument Substitution)
I, Mark S. Whitmer, certify that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract
No. 30386-1 was prepared by RBF Consulting, William L. Green, L.S. 4547, and is filed in Book
419 of Maps, at Pages 48 through 58, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County,
California, and that the following corrections to said map are made by me in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469 through Section 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments for Tract
No. 30386-1, as noted below in "Monumentation", in accordance with Chapter 4, Article 9, Section
66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
Incorrect Surveyor's Notes
6. A Indicates set spike and washer stamped "L.S. 4547" per monumentation
requirement per Conditions of Approval for this Tract.
7. o Indicates set 2" iron pipe, 24" long, tagged "L.S. 4547", flush, per monumentation
requirement per Conditions of Approval for this Tract.
8. Set 1" iron pipe tagged "L.S. 4547", flush, (Riverside County Standard "A"
monument) in the ground or in asphalt or a lead tack and tag "L.S.4547"
(Riverside County Standard "E" monument) in concrete at all rear lot corners and
angle points in side lot lines, flush, unless otherwise noted.
9. Set lead, tack and tag "L.S. 4547" in top of curb on side lot line projected in lieu
of front lot corners, unless otherwise noted.
10. Set lead, tack and tag "L.S. 4547" in top of curb on radial line for BC's, EC's and
corner cutbacks.
Corrected Surveyor's Notes (only applicable to monuments noted in "Monumentation" below)
6. A Denotes set 1" iron pipe with yellow plastic plug stamped L.S. 5535, %" below
pavement surface. If monument falls on manhole, set nail & tag L.S. 5535 for 3'
swing ties. (Unless noted otherwise).

ground. (Unless noted otherwise).
8. Set 1" iron pipe with yellow plastic plug stamped L.S. 5535 at all rear lot corners
and angle points in side lot lines. Where wall exists on rear property line set
concrete nail & tag L.S. 5535 in face of wall on property lines. (Unless noted
otherwise).
9. Set lead, tack and tag L.S. 5535 in top of curb on side lot line projected in lieu of
front -lot corners. (Unless noted otherwise).
10. Set lead, tack and tag L.S. 5535 in top of curb on radial line for BC's, EC's and
corner cutbacks. (Unless noted otherwise).
Monumentation
A. Front corner monuments have been set for numbered lots 1 through 68 and lettered lots 'A'
through 'P' in accordance with the "Corrected Surveyor's Notes", items 9 and 10.
B. Back corner monuments of Lots 2 through 13, 31 through 37 and 41 through 50 have been
set in accordance with the "Corrected Surveyor's Notes", item 8.
C. The right of way monuments of Bryant Street have been set in accordance with the
"Corrected Surveyor's Notes", item 7.
D. The monument at the southwest corner of Lot 'H' (Country Club Drive) has been set in
Accordance with the "Corrected Surveyor's Notes", item 7.
E. The monuments on the westerly line of Lot 'K' lying southerly of Lots 59 through 65, have
been set in accordance with the "Corrected Surveyor's Notes", item 7.
F. Centerline monuments listed below have been set in accordance with the "Corrected
Surveyor's Notes", item 6:
• The beginning of curve located adjacent to Lot 1 and Lot 50 on Heritage Drive.
• The end of curve located adjacent to Lot 4 and Lot 48 on Heritage Drive.
• The centerline intersection of Lariat Road and Bryant Street.
• The end of curve which is south 25'± from the centerline intersection of Lariat Road and
Bryant Street.
• The beginning of curve located adjacent to Lot 7 and Lot 45 on Heritage Drive.
• The centerline intersection of Heritage Drive and Sawgrass Lane.
• The end of curve located adjacent to Lot 9 and Lot 44 on Heritage Drive.
• The beginning of curve located adjacent to Lot 12 and Lot 40 on Heritage Drive.

Drive and Bryant Street, on Bryant Street.
• The end of curve 239'± northerly of the above point of reverse curve on Bryant Street.
• The beginning of curve 14'± northerly of the southerly line of Tract No. 30386-1 on
Bryant Street.
• The point of reverse curve 258'± northerly of the above beginning of curve on Bryant
Street.
G. The following notes show the location of set monuments that do not conform to the
"Corrected Surveyor's Notes" shown above:
Sheet 5 — As Follows:
• A nail & tag L.S. 5535 was set in concrete sidewalk at the northwest corner of Lot 'G',
(Sawgrass Lane).
• A nail & tag L.S. 5535 was set in concrete sidewalk on a tangent line S09°21'55"W, 0.25
feet from the southwest corner of Lot 44.
Sheet 8 — As Follows:
• A nail & tag L.S. 5535 was set in concrete sidewalk at the southwest corner of Lot 'E',
(Colonial Drive).
Sheet 10 — As Follows:
• A nail & tag L.S. 5535 was set in concrete sidewalk on the northerly prolongation of the
west line of Lot 59, 0.25 feet.
• A nail & tag L.S. 5535 was set in concrete sidewalk on the southerly prolongation of the
west line of Lot 58, 0.25 feet.
