I, David B. Ragland, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California
That Tract Map No. 37114 was prepared by me or under my direction and is filed in Book 463, Pages 63 through
65, Inclusive of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, and that the following corrections to said map are
made by me in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance with Chapter
4, Article 9, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was performed by me or
under my direction on May 23, 2019, which verified the information contained on said map.
The monument descriptions are corrected as follows
Incorrect Data
1) At the N.W. corner of Lot 3, a 1" I.P., shown as set flush, with plastic cap stamped LS 5173.
2) At the N.E. corner of Lot 3, a 1" I.P., shown as set flush, with plastic cap stamped LS 5173.
3) At the N.E. corner of Lot 4, a 1" I.P., shown as set flush, with plastic cap stamped LS 5173.
4) At the N.E. corner of Lot 5, a 1" I.P., shown as set flush, with plastic cap stamped LS 5173.
And is corrected as follows:
1) At the N.W. corner of Lot 3, set nail and L.S. 5173 tag at top of block wall.
2) At the N.E. corner of Lot 3, set nail and L.S. 5173 tag in top of concrete footing.
3) At the N.E. corner of Lot 4, set nail and L.S. 5173 tag at top of block wall.
4) At the N.E. corner of Lot 5, set nail and L.S. 5173 tag at top of block wall.
There are no fee property owners affected by this correction.
