I, Dennis W. Janda, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract Map 32185-3 was prepared by
Heung Jei Kim L.S. 5928 and is filed in Book 454 of Maps, at Pages 98 through 103, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of
Riverside County, State of California, and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Articie 7,
Section 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
1 am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance with Chapter 4, Article 9,
Sections 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was performed by me or under my direction on August 8,
2018, which verified the information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follow.
Incorrect Data
1) Sheet 3 Engineer's Notes, Note 3: O Indicates Set 1" I.P., Flush, witag LS 5928 per Riverside County Standard "A", Unless
Otherwise Noted.
2) Sheet 3 Engineer's Notes, Note 4: Set 1" I.P., with Tag L.S 5928, Flush at all lot corners, angle points in side or rear lot lines, and
angle points in subdivision boundary.
3) Sheet 3 Engineer's Notes, Note 5: Set Lead and Tag LS 5928 in top of curb (Riverside County Standard "E") for BCs, E -Cs,
PCCs, PRCs, and corner cutbacks projected perpendicular or radial from centerline at an offset of 9.75 feet, except along Whisper
Heights Parkway and Pat Road at an offset of 14.75 feet.
Set Lead and Tag LS 5928 in top of curb (Riverside County Standard "E") on side lot lines projected at an offset of 9.75 feet. The
offset shall be measured radially or at the right angles to the right of way line.
