(MONUMENT SUBSTITUTION)
I, William E. Snow , certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that Tract No. 31392 was prepared by William R. Knight L.S. 6810 and is filed in Book 436 of
Maps, at Pages 69 through 77 , inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County,
California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections
66469 through 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act.
1 am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance with Chapter
4, Article 9, Sections 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was performed by me or
under my direction on March 3 , 2015, which verified the information contained on said map.
Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
1. SURVEYOR OF RECORD SUBSTITUTION HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED AND ALL
SET MONUMENTS SHALL BE TAGGED "L.S. 4725" IN LIEU OF "L.S. 6810"
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1. Sheet 2 Lots "F", "G", "H" and Lot "I" on Boundary Map
2. Sheet 6 Lot "G" on Detail "C"
3. Sheet 7 Lot "F" on Map and Detail "F" and Lot "I" on Detail "G"
4. Sheet 8 Lot "F" on Map
5. Sheet 9 Lot "I" on Map
And is corrected as follows:
1. Sheet 2 Lots "E", "F", "G", and Lot "H" on Boundary Map
2. Sheet 6 Lot "F" on Detail "C"
3. Sheet 7 Lot "E" on Map and Detail "F" and Lot "H" on Detail "G"

The present Fee Title Ownership of the property is not affected by the correction.
