that a survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract No. 27971-2; that
said Tract Map was filed on December 22, 2014 in Book 443 of Maps, at Pages 100
through 104, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1 the street name shown as "Heartland Parkway South";
2 the street name shown as "Golden Gate Way";
3 the street name shown as "Powell Place";
4 the street name shown as "Victoria Place";
5 the street name shown as "Concord Place";
6 the street name shown as "Cleveland Place".
And is corrected as follows:

2 "Golden Gate Way" will be changed to "Sevilla Way";
3 "Powell Place" will be changed to "Enzo Court";
4 "Victoria Place" will be changed to "Montemerano Court";
5 "Concord Place" will be changed to "Sonoma Court";
6 "Cleveland Place" will be changed to "Amedeo Place".
The present Fee Title owner/Ownership of the property is not affected by the corrections.
