I, Ray E. Mansur, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that a survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract No. 27971-7; that
said Tract Map was filed on December 23, 2014 in Book 444 of Maps, at Pages 15 through
19, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1 the street name shown as "Heartland Parkway North";
2 the street name shown as "Kimball Court";
3 the street name shown as "Columbus Court";
4 the street name shown as "Monroe Court";
5 the street name shown as "Canfield Court".
And is corrected as follows:
1 "Heartland Parkway North" will be changed to "Castello Lane";
2 "Kimball Court" will be changed to "Florentine Court";
3 "Columbus Court" will be changed to "Cavallano Court";
4 "Monroe Court" will be changed to "Vincenzo Drive";
