that a survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract No. 27971-6; that
said Tract Map was filed on December 23, 2014 in Book 444 of Maps, at Pages 10
through 14, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1 the street name shown as "Heartland Parkway South";
2 the street name shown as "Admiral Way";
3 the street name shown as "Hopewell Trail";
4 the street name shown as "Tallahassee Way";
5 the street name shown as `Bismark Way".
And is corrected as follows:
1 "Heartland Parkway South" will be changed to "Olivewood Way";
2 "Admiral Way" will be changed to "Dolce Lane";
3 that portion of "Hopewell Trail", abutting Lots 1 through 12, inclusive, Lots 62
through 70, inclusive, Lots 24, 25, 40, 41, and 61, will be changed to "Cordoba
Trail"; that portion of "Hopewell Trail", abutting Lots 13 through 23, inclusive,
will be changed to "Orsi Court";
4 "Tallahassee Way" will be changed to "Ottavio Court";
5 `Bismark Way" will be changed to "Anselmo Way".
The present Fee Title owner/Ownership of the property is not affected by the corrections.
