MONUMENT SUBSTITUTION
I, Michael A. Kennada, certify that I am a licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California.
That Tract No. 31618 was prepared by Jeffrey M. Barnes, LS No. 7663 and is filed in Book 427 Page(s) 37
through 39, inclusive of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, and that the following corrections to
said map are made by me in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469 through Section 66472 of
the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for replacement of final monuments, in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was performed
by me or under my direction on March 8th through 16th, 2018, which verified the information, contained on
said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
The monuments were tagged with "LS 5642" instead of "LS 7663" as stated on the map except as follows:
All lot line prolongation to top of curb found lead and tag "LS 7663" except at the common line between Lot
34 and Lot "I". Set lead and tag "LS 5642" at that location.
