I, Matthew E. Webb certify: that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract No. 31778-1; that said Tract
Map was filed on April 3, 2014 in Book 440 of Maps, at Pages 70 through 78 inclusive, in the
office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
Incorrect Data:
1) Omitted courses on the Drainage Easement for flood control purposes, not shown on
table on sheet 4 of 9.
2) Bearing for the northwesterly line of said drainage easement having a length of 61.00
feet, reads South 69° 56' 58" West.
See Exhibit "A" on Page 3, hereon.
Data is corrected as follows:
1) Add line table data as L12 and L13 to table and easement on sheet 4 of 9, being the
respective southwesterly and northwesterly sides of the 25.00 feet wide portion thereof,
more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the northeasterly terminus of the course having a bearing of North
69° 11'05" East and a length of 163.26 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 116, shown
on said Tract Map, said course being the northwesterly line of Bellegrave Avenue
(105.00 feet half -width) as shown on said Tract Map,
Thence North 20°49'00" West, a distance of 32.19 feet to the northeasterly terminus of a
course having a bearing of North 69°11'00" East and a length of 18.00 feet, shown as
L10 thereon, for the Point of Terminus.
