MONUMENT SUBSTITUTION
TRACT NO. 29920
I, Charles J. Moore, certify that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California:
That Tract No. 29920 was prepared by Danh Cong Ho, RCE No. 33100 and is filed in Book
417, pages 90 through 93 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, and that the
following corrections to said map are made by me in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7,
Section 66469 through Section 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Licensed Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for replacement of final
monuments, in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I hereby certify that a survey was performed by me or under my direction on July 3rd, 2017,
which verified the information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as
follows:
1. All street centerline intersections and points of control have been monumented with a 1"
iron pipe and tag stamped "RCE 33100" or "LS 9106", except as noted below.
2. The centerline intersections of the following streets have been monumented with a 1"
iron pipe and tag stamped "LS 9106", in a standard monument well:
Cimarron Canyon Drive & Sulphur Springs Road
Cimarron Canyon Drive & Angel Fire Court
3. All rear lot corners and side lot line angle points are monumented with a lead, tack, and
tag or 1" iron pipe and tag stamped "RCE 33100" or "LS 9106", except as noted below.
4. The rear lot corner between lots 'G' and 1 together with the rear lot corners between lots
1 through 12 have been monumented with a lead, tack, and tag stamped "LS 9106" set
in the top of curb on the prolongation of the side lot line.
5. Along the easterly line of lot `A', the northerly and southerly terminus of that course
shown as" D=25°12'38" R=783.00' L= 344.53'" together with the southerly terminus of
that course shown as " N 20017'54" E 411.65'" have been monumented with a lead,
tack, and tag stamped "LS 9106" set in the top of curb at a 10.75 foot perpendicular or

radial offset, westerly from the easterly line of said lot W.
6. The rear lot corner between lots 13 and 14 together with the rear corners of lot 31 have
been monumented with a 1" iron pipe and tag stamped "LS 9106" on the prolongation of
the side lot line.
7. The northerly lines of lots 'E' and 'F', have been monumented with a 1" iron pipe and tag
or a lead, tack, and tag stamped "LS 9106" at a 1.00 foot perpendicular or radial offset,
southerly from the northerly lines of said lots 'E' and 'F'.
8. The rear lot corners of lot 38 have been monumented with a lead, tack, and tag stamped
"LS 9106" on the prolongation of the side lot lines.
9. Along the northerly line of lot 36, the easterly terminus of that course shown as " N
83°10'31" W 85.58' " has been monumented with a lead, tack, and tag stamped "LS
9106" at a 1.00 foot perpendicular offset, northerly from the northerly line of said lot 36.
10. Along the southerly line of lot 38, the westerly and easterly terminus of that course
shown as" D= 21°19'22" R= 50.00' L= 18.61'" has been monumented with a lead,
tack, and tag stamped "LS 9106" at a 1.00 foot perpendicular or radial offset, southerly
from the southerly line of said lot 38.
11. All front corners are monumented with a lead, tack, and tag stamped "RCE 33100" or
"LS 9106" set in the top of curb on the prolongation of the side lot line.
12. All points of control for the right of way of all interior streets are monumented with a lead,
tack, and tag or 1" iron pipe and tag stamped "RCE 33100" or "LS 9106".
