Map No. 36080 was prepared under my supervision and direction and is 6/ed in Book 239 of Parcel, Maps at
Pages 84 through 89, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California; and that the
following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through
66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
l am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance with
Chapter 4, Article 9, Sections 66498 of the Subdivision Map act l hereby certify that a survey was
performed by me or under my direction on July 9, 2018, which verified the information contained on said
map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
1) THE 1" IRON PIPES WITH PLASTIC PLUGS STAMPED "LS 5022", FLUSH, PER RECORD OF SURVEY FILED /N

CONSTRUCTION. RE—SET 1" IRON PIPES WITH TAGS STAMPED IS 7734", FLUSH (FIVE MONUMENTS /N

2) THE 1" IRON PIPE WITH PLASTIC PLUG STAMPED "CALDOT" PER RECORD OF SURVEY FILED /N BOOK 141,
PAGES 13 THROUGH 15 OF RECORD OF SURVEYS AND PER CAL TRANS MONUMENTA TION MAP NO. 443025
AS FILED WITH THE RIVERS/DE COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS 205-1, LOCATED NORTH 502545" WEST,
34.09 FEET FROM THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF PARCEL 5 OF SAID PARCEL MAP NO. 36080, WAS
DESTROYED DURING CONSTRUCTION. RE—SET 1" IRON PIPE WITH TAG STAMPED IS 77J4", FLUSH.
3) THE 1" IRON PIPE WITH TAGGED STAMPED IS 7734" FLUSH WITH PAVEMENT PER PARCEL MAP NO.
