I, Matthew E. Webb certify: that I aln a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract Map No. 36775-1; that said
Tract Map was filed on August 2, 2018 in Book 463 of Maps, Pages 75 and 81, in the office of
the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
Incorrect Data:
1) "RECIPROCAL USE EASEMENT" and `EXCLUSIVE USE EASEMENT" on Lot 17 on
Sheet 6. The common boundary between both easements within Lot 17 was shifted west 1.5'
from 16' to 17.5', see below for recorded sheet 6.
2) "RECIPROCAL USE EASEMENT" on Lot 16 on Sheet 6. The easterly boundary of
easement was shifted west 1.5' from 16' to 17.5', see below for recorded sheet 6.
