Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469 thru Section 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following data shown on said Tract No. 36295 is incorrect as:
Surveyor's Notes shown on sheet 2, 3 and 4 of 6 of said Tract No. 36295 read:

Abruzzo Street cul-de-sac, both west and east; and at centerline radius point of Lombardy Street cul-de-sac).
That the following data shown on said Tract No. 36295 is corrected as follows:
Remove the reference monument symbols indicated by -O- for centerline radius points of Abruzzo Street
cul-de-sacs, both east and west, and at centerline radius point of Lombardy Street cul-de-sac. (Said points
cannot be set due to landscape improvement requirements for said Tract No. 36295.)
