CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
I, Matthew E. Webb certify: that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Parcel Map No. 36487; that said
Parcel Map was filed on May 10, 2016 in Book 240 of Parcel Maps, Pages 36 through 42
inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
That the following data shown on said Parcel Map is incorrect as follows:
Incorrect Data:
1) Omitted distance (3603.16') along the centerline of Hamner Avenue between the centerline
intersection of Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road (85.00' half width) and Goodman Way (70.00' full
width) on sheets 4 and 5.
2) Omitted distance (40.00') along Hamner Avenue from the centerline intersection of Hamner
Avenue (84.00' half width) and Eucalyptus Avenue south to Monument #31 on sheet 5.
3) Incorrect distance of 354.90' noted between centerline intersection of Goodman Way (70.00
feet full width) to Monument #31 on sheet 5.
And is corrected as follows:
Data is corrected as follows:
1) Add distance (3603.16') along Hamner Avenue between the centerline intersection of Cantu-
Galleano Ranch Road (85.00' half width) and Goodman Way (70.00' full width) on sheets 4 and
5.
2) Add distance (40.00') along Hamner Avenue from the centerline intersection of Hamner
Avenue (84.00' half width) and Eucalyptus Avenue south to Monument #31 on sheet 5.
3) Correct distance is 394.90' between centerline intersection of Goodman Way (70.00 feet full
width) to Monument #31 on sheet 5.
