CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
I, Edy P. Adkison, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract Map No. 36643; that said Tract Map
was filed on June 30, 2016 in Book 451 of Maps, at Pages 29 through 63, inclusive, in the office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map are incorrect as follows:
1) The curve on sheet 11 between Lots 7 and 18 that reads A=53°17'35" R=48.00' L=44.67' with the
radial bearings being N49°58'23"E(R) at the northerly terminus and N76°44'02"W(R) at the southerly
terminus.
And is corrected as follows:
1) That curve shall read o=53°19'05" R=48.00' L=44.67' with the radial bearings being
N49'57'1 6"E(R) at the northerly'terminus and N76°43'39"W(R) at the southerly terminus.
The present Fee Title owner(s)/Ownership of the property are/is not affect by the correction(s).
