I, Charles R. Harris, certify that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Parcel Map No. 36363; that said
Parcel Map, was filed on September 11, 2014 in Book 237 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 91 through
93, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Parcel Map is incorrect as follows:
- On Sheet 2 - MONUMENT NOTES

- On Sheet 3 — SURVEYOR'S NOTES

And is corrected as follows:

DESTROYED BY CONSTRUCTION.
- On Sheet 3 — Should be noted:
1) At the northwest corner of Parcel 1, set a nail and brass tag on concrete, flush,
stamped "PLS 4989".
2) At the angle point of the west line of Parcel 1, also being the southeast corner of
Tract Map No. 2137, MB 41/29-36, both monuments destroyed by construction,
set a nail and brass tag on concrete, flush, stamped "PLS 4989".
3) At the northeasterly angle point of the easterly line of Parcel 1, also being the
northwest corner of Parcel Map No. 11739, PMB 74/7-8, monument set per RS
136/62-63 destroyed by construction, set nail and brass tag on concrete, flush,
stamped "PLS 4989".
4) At the northwest corner of Parcel 2, set nail and brass tag on concrete, flush,
stamped "PLS 4989", and at the southwest corner of Parcel 2, seta nail and brass
tag on top of wall, stamped "PLS 4989".
5) At the angle point on the southerly line of Lot "A" and at the southeast corner of
Lot "A", set a nail and brass tag on concrete, flush, stamped "PLS 4989".
