(Monument Substitution)
I, Heunl; Jei Kim, certify that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract
Map 29622-3 was prepared by Lawrence L. Truman, L.S. 5346 and is filed in Book 402 of
Maps, at Pages 13 through 26, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County,
California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3,
Article 7, Section 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in
accordance with Chapter 4, Article 9, Sections 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby
certify that a survey was performed by me or under my direction on November 6, 2015, which
verified the information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
Incorrect Data
1. Affects Sheet 2 and Sheet 4 — Fairbreeze Court cul-de-sac monument only

projected and for E.C.'s and B.C.'s projected perpendicular or radial from centerline, unless
otherwise noted.
3. Affects rear corners of Lots 1 & 2, Lots 2 & 3, Lots 3 & 4, Lots 6 & 7 and Lots 8 & 9
Set 1" I.P. w/plastic plug stamped "LS 5346", or lead and tag "LS 5346", in concrete, or on
top or face of wall on the Lot Line prod thereof at all rear residential Lot corners and at all
