I, Charles Robert Harris, certify; that I am a Professional Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
Tract Map No. 33004-1 was prepared under my supervision and direction; that said map was filed on
December 26, 2013 in Book 439, Pages 57 through 72, inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder
of Riverside County, California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472, of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following Street Name on said tract Map No. 33004-1 is incorrect as follows:
On sheets 4, 6 and 13 — The street name shown as Desperado Lane westerly of the intersection
with Polo Club Drive and southerly of the intersection of Los Palos drive
And is corrected as follows:
On sheets 4, 6 and 13 — The street name should be McCarroll Drive
The present Fee Title Ownership of the property is not affected by the corrections.
