I, Charles Robert Harris, certify; that I am a Professional Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
Tract Map No. 33004-3 was prepared under my supervision and direction; that said map was filed on
March 27, 2015 in Book 445, Pages 17 through 24, inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of
Riverside County, California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472, of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following Street Names on said Tract Map No. 33004-3 are incorrect as follows:
On sheets 3 and 4 — That portion of the street name shown as Murray Canyon Drive along the
frontage of lots 1, 2, 16, 17, 18 and "Q"
AND also on sheets 3 and 4 — The street name shown as Coral Mountain Drive easterly and
westerly of the intersection with South Two Palms Way
and are corrected as follows:
On sheets 3 and 4 — The street name along the frontage of lots 1, 2, 16, 17, 18 and "Q" should
be Lakeshore Court
AND also on sheets 3 and 4 — The street name easterly and westerly of the intersection with
South Two Palms Way should be West Coral Mountain Drive
The present Fee Title Ownership of the property is not affected by the corrections.
