CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Monument Substitution)
I,Allan R. Levin, certify; that I am a Registered Civil Engineer of the State of California; that Tract
Map No. 29663-9 was prepared by Robert A. Stockton, RCE 33591, and is filed in Book443 of
Maps, at Pages 60 through 64, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections
66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Engineer assuming responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance with
Chapter 4, Article 9, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was
performed by me or under my direction on July 31, 2015, which verified the information contained on
said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
Incorrect Data:
Engineer's Notes, note 7: "Indicates set 1" iron pipe tagged R.C.E. 33591, flush."
Engineer's Notes, note 19: "A lead and disc stamped R.C.E. 33591 set flush, (Riv.Co.Std. "E"), in top of
curb at prolongation of side lot lines. Also for E.C.'s, B.C.'s and curb returns
on a line projected on a radial to the property line curve, unless otherwise
indicated."
Engineer's Notes, note 20: "A 1" iron pipe with tag R.C.E. 33591, set flush (Riv. Co. Std. "A") at all rear
lot corners and angle point in lot lines unless otherwise indicated."
