I, Robert A. Stockton, certify; that I am a Registered Civil Engineer of the State of California; that a survey was
prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract Map No. 31118; that said Tract Map was filed on April
20, 2007 in Book 419 of Maps, at Pages 22 through 28, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside
County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is Incorrect as follows:
1. Engineers Notes #3 —Indicates set 1" Iron Pipe, tagged "R.C.E. 33591", flush.
And is corrected as follows:
1. Set 1" Iron Pipe with Plastic Plug, stamped "R.C.E. 33591", flush at the intersection of the Easterly
right of way of Leon Road and the Northerly Tract boundary line.
Set 1" Iron Pipe with Plastic Plug, stamped "R.C.E. 33591", flush at the intersection of the
Northeasterly right of way line of Jean Nicholas Road and the Southerly Tract boundary line.
Set 1" Iron Pipe with Plastic Plug, stamped "R.C.E. 33591", flush at the intersection of the Westerly &
Easterly right of way line of Armstrong Road and the Northerly Tract boundary line.
Set 18" Copper Weld with Brass Cap stamped "R.C.E. 33591" inside 1" Iron Pipe, flush at centerline
BC's, EC's, PCC's, PRC's, angle points and centerline intersections of streets.
The present Fee Title owners are not affected by the correction.
