I, Robert B. Stanford Jr., certify that I am a Professional Land Survey of the State of California.
That a survey was prepared under James L. Garvin PLS 6343 and direction in the City of Moreno
Valley; That said Parcel Map No. 36463 was filed in Book 238 of Parcel Maps, Pages 40 to 45
inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California: and that the following
correction to said map is in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1
of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Professional Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments
in accordance with Chapter 4, Article 9, Section 66498, of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify
that a survey was performed by me or under my direction on November 06, 2015, which verified
the information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
The monuments set were tagged with a brass disk marked "PLS 4457" instead of "PLS 6343" as
stated on the recorded map.
The present Fee Title Ownership of the Property is not affected by the corrections
