I, Scott Eugene Brimhall, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
survey was prepared under my supervision and direction as Tract Map No. 27887; that said Tract Map
was filed on August 8, 2007 in Book 424 of Maps, at Pages 78 through 81, inclusive, in the office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1) Surveyor's Notes, Note 6: "1" I.D. iron pipe with plastic plug stamped "LS 7843" set flush at all
rear lot corners."
2) Surveyor's Notes, Note 7: "Lot corners adjacent to streets referenced by lead and tag "LS 7843"
in curb on extension of lot lines."
3) Surveyor's Notes, Note 8: "...Indicates 1" I.D. iron pipe with plastic plug stamped "LS 7843" set
flush."
4) Surveyor's Notes, Note 9: "...Indicates 5/8" copper clad steel pin with 1 %2" brass cap (Type `B'
monument), stamped "LS 7843 ", set flush per Riverside County Standard No. 903."
And is corrected as follows:
1) Surveyor's Notes, Note 6:
1.) a %2" x 18" rebar with a plastic plug stamped LS7843 set flush at the southeast corner of
Lot 1.
2.) a nail and tag stamped LS 7843 on top of block wall pillar at the southeast corner of Lot
9.
3.) a nail and tag stamped LS 7843 on top of block wall pillar at the southeast corner of Lot 18.
4.) a nail and tag stamped LS 7843 in concrete slab at the property line angle point located
South 89 °.44' 53" East, 139,93 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 4.
2) Surveyor's Notes, Note 7:
1.) a V2" x 18" rebar with plastic plug stamped LS 7843 set flush at the northeast corner of Lot 9.

1.) Set a nail and tag stamped LS 7843 in concrete slab at the boundary angle point located
South 89 °52'29" East, 423.76 feet from the intersection of the centerline of Ponderosa Lane
and the northerly prolongation of the east line of Lot 9.
4) Surveyor's Notes, Note 9:
1.) a 1" I.D. iron pipe with plastic plug stamped LS 7843 set flush.
The present Fee Title ownership of the property is not affected by the correction.
