I, Clifford A. Simental, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract
Map 23445 -3 was prepared by John W. Canty, RCE 17550, and is filed in Book 358 of Maps, at Pages 66
through 69, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California; and that the following
corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of
the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance
with Chapter 4, Article 9, Sections 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was
performed by me or under my direction on December I, 2014 which verified the information contained
on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
That the following data as shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1. o Indicates set 1" IP with plastic plug stamped R.C.E. 17550, flush, unless otherwise noted
2. • Indicates found 1 I/4" IP tagged R.C.E. 16056, flush per M.B. 131/40 -46, unless
otherwise noted
3. Set I" IP with plastic plug stamped R.C.E. 17550, Plush, or Nail and R.C.E. 17550 tag in wall or
concrete at all rear lot corners and angle points in side lot lines, unless otherwise noted.
4. Set Nail and R.C.E. 17550 Tag in top of curb at the prolongation of side lot lines, unless
otherwise noted.
And is corrected as follows:
