granted by the easement dated
from Wesco Homes and Development, Inc.. A California
Corporation to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby
accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for public roads and utility
uses, and subject to improvements in accordance with County
standards, will be included into the County Maintained Road
System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County
Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer.

a portion of Section 27, Township 6 South, Range 4 West, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Wesley Street (60.00 feet in width
and measured 30.00 feet at right angles from each side of said centerline) with the centerline of
Laguna Road (60.00 feet in width and measured 30.00 feet at right angles from each side of said
centerline) as shown on Tract 30460 by map on file in Book 355 of Maps at Pages Sq through
to inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence S.47 1 01'33 "E. along the centerline of said Laguna Road, being the Southwesterly
line of Lot "D" of said Tract 30460, a distance of 30.19 feet to the Southeasterly line of said Wesley
Street, being the most Northerly corner of said Lot 19, said corner being the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the parcel of land to be described;
