thereof; Parcels 4 and 5 of Record of Survey on file in Book 48 at Page 10 thereof, both
being Records of Riverside County, California; also a portion of the North one -half of
Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, as shown on Sectionalized Survey of
Rancho El Sobrante de San Jacinto, filed in Book 1 of Maps at Page 8 thereof, Records
