State of California, according to the official plat thereof being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said South half; thence North 89e 47' 23" East along the
South line of said South half, a distance of 358.64 feet;
Thence North 00* 12'37" West, a distance of 44.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing North 00° 12'37" West, a distance of 80.00 feet;
Thence North 89e 47'23" East parallel with said South line, a distance of 71.97 feet to the
Southwesterly line of that certain strip of land described in the right of way to Southern California Gas
