THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property

LIABILITY COMPANY to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is
hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County
of Riverside on behalf of the public for public roads and utility

standards, will be included into the County Maintained Road
System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County

on file in Book 12 of Maps at page 79 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located in
Section 15, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest comer of said Lot 6 in Block "C" of Green Acres Subdivision, said point
also being on the southerly right of way line (60.00 feet in half width) of State Highway 74 as shown on
Deed Plat on file in the Riverside County Surveyors office as 702 -W;
Thence North 88 0 25'53" East along the north lines said of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of said Block "C" of
Green Acres Subdivision and along said southerly right of way line of State Highway 74 as shown on
said Deed Plat, a distance of 500.31 feet to the northeast comer of said Lot 10 of Green Acres
