opposition to the abandonment, the Chairman declared the hearing closed.
On mention of Supervisor Davis, seconded by Supervisor Anderson
and duly carried, the following resolution was adopted:

WHERE, pursuant to Section 959 of the Streets and Highways
Code, a public hearing after due notice has been held upon a resolution

of intention to abandon the westerly one -half mile of Kaiser Road in the
Eagle Mountain area, Fourth Supervisorial District, and all persons
having had an opportunity to be heard; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of

Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on March 1,
1965, that the following described portion of Kaiser Road in the Eagle
Mountain area is heruby vacated and abandoned:

That portion of the west half of Section 1,
Township 4 South, Range 14 East, S.B.B. & M.,
described as follows:
The South 90.00 feet of the Southwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 1=
The South 135.00 feet of the Southeast quarter of
the northwest quarter of Section 1;
The North 20.00 feet of the Southwest quarter of
Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be €i ed

with the County Recorder of Riverside County.
