LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Parcel 10, in the County of Riverside, State of California, of map recorded in
book 1, pages 30 through 33, inclusive, of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, lying within Rancho Pauba, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly right of way line of Rancho California Road
with the northeasterly right of way line of Butterfield Stage Road as said roads are shown on said
parcel map;
thence along the southeasterly right of way line of said Rancho California Road, North
58 °12'10" East, 20.39 feet;
thence leaving said southeasterly right of way, South 08 °15'55" West, 26.25 feet to the
northeasterly right of way of said Butterfield Stage Road;
