DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Parcel 10, in the County of Riverside, State of California, of map recorded in
book 1, pages 30 through 33, inclusive, of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, lying within Rancho Pauba, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the southeasterly right of way line of Rancho California
Road with the northeasterly right of way line of Butterfield Stage Road as said roads are shown
on said parcel map;
thence along the southeasterly right of way line of said Rancho California Road, North
58'12'10" East, 160.19 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave southerly and having a
radius of 1745.00 feet;
thence Easterly 34.17 feet along said curve and said northerly right of way line through a central
angle of 01'07'18" to the True Point of Beginning, radial through said point bearing North
30 °40'31" West;
thence continuing Easterly 20.00 feet along said curve and said southeasterly right of way line
through a central angle of 00 °39'24 ";
thence leaving said southeasterly right of way line, South 29'27'15" East, 38.83 feet;
thence South 60 °32'45" West, 20.00 feet;
