Prior To Grading Permit Issuance Transportation 060 -Transportation. 1 SUBMIT GRADING PLANS Not Satisfied The project proponent shall submit two sets of grading plans (24" x 36") to the Transportation Department for review and approval. If road right-of-way Improvements are required, the project proponent shall submit street improvement plans for review and approval, open an IP account, and pay for all associated fees in order to clear this condition.
