The project proponent shall submit two sets of grading plans (24" x 36") to the Transportation
Department for review and approval. If road dghtof-way improvements are required, the project
proponent shall submit street improvement plans for review and approval, open an IP account, and
pay for all associated fees in order to clear this condition. The Standard plan check turnaround time is
10 working days. Approval is required prior to issuance of a grading permit.

management Plan (WQMP), on PDF, if the development of the parcel(s) meets or exceeds any of the

the owner applicant shall be required to submit a WQMP and associated plans for review and
