9, inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, being the
easterly half of lot „ B ", containing 0.25 acres, more or less, of said Tract No. 28429, lying adjacent
to said Lot 7, lying within the following described parcel:
In the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of
Lot "B of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5 through 9, inclusive,
