AND UTILITY EASEMENT
That portion of Instrument No. 2000 - 019642, recorded January 20, 2000, in Section 8 of
Township 4 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of
Riverside, State of California, as shown on Record of Survey, filed in Book 128, Page
8b, of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, being
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast comer of Government Lot 11, also being the Center
Section 8, said point marked by a 1 inch iron pipe, tagged "R.C.E. 23323 ", as shown on
said Record of Survey;
Thence southerly along the easterly line of said Government Lot 11, said line also being
the easterly line of said Instrument No. 2000 - 019642, South 00 0 30'26" West a distance
of 199.60 feet to the southerly Right of Way line of Rudell Road, being 60.00 feet in
width, as described in Instrument No. 59- 58484, recorded on July 6, 1959, of Official
Records of said County, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence westerly along the southerly line of said Instrument No. 2000 - 019642, said line
also being the westerly prolongation of said southerly Right of Way line of Rudell Road,
South 88 0 25'26" West, a distance of 112.49 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave easterly and have a radius of 50.00 feet;
Thence northwesterly an arc length of 181.05 feet, along said tangent curve through a
central angle of 207 0 28'35 ";
Thence South 64 0 05'43" East, a distance of 50.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave northerly and have a radius of 100.00 feet;
Thence southeasterly an arc length of 47.97 feet, along said last mentioned tangent
curve through a central angle of 27 0 28'57", to a point on the westerly projection of the
northerly Right of Way line of Rudell Road, 60.00 feet in width as described in said
Instrument No. 59- 58484;
Thence easterly along said last mentioned westerly prolongation, North 88 0 25'26" East,
a distance of 1.09 feet to a point of intersection of the easterly line of said Instrument
No. 2000 - 019642 with said northerly Right of Way line of Rudell Road;
Thence southerly along said last mentioned easterly line of said Instrument No. 2000-
019642 and the westerly line of said Instrument No. 59- 58484, South 00 0 30'26" West, a
distance of 60.04 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
