9 WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described flood regulation basin was dedicated to the
10 public per Document No. 2005 - 0477479 recorded June 16, 2005, Official Records of the
11 County of Riverside, California; and
12 WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described flood regulation basin has not been
13 accepted and is not required for flood control purposes; and
14 WHEREAS, applicable procedures pertaining to summary vacations were followed
15 pursuant to the County's adopted "Resolutions for Fixing Procedures to Vacate and
16 Accept County Highways and Property Offered for Dedication ": Now, therefore;
17 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
18 of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
19 march 10 , 2015, as follows:
20 Pursuant to Section 8333(c) of the Streets and Highways Code that the
21 hereinafter - described flood regulation basin is no longer required for flood control
22 purposes and the right to accept said offer is hereby summarily vacated. Said flood
23 regulation basin is in the County of Riverside, State of California and is described as
24 follows:
25 FLOOD REGULATION BASIN
26 All of that flood regulation basin as described in Document No. 2005 - 0477479 recorded
27 on June 16, 2005, Official Records of the County of Riverside, California, and as shown in
28 attached Exhibit "A."

1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that the Clerk of
2 the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the
