PAUL BULLER
That portion of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, conveyed
to the County of Riverside by deed recorded December 20, 1932 in Book 97, Pages 231 through
233, inclusive, of Official Records of said County, lying within said Section 9.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying northerly of the westerly prolongation of that portion of
the northerly line of Parcel "A" of Lot Line Adjustment No. 4704 as described in the document
recorded March 5, 2004 as Instrument No. 2004 - 0157398 of Official Records of said Riverside
County described as being a curve, concave southerly and having a radius of 200.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING that portion thereof lying southerly of a line parallel with and 58.00 feet
northerly of, measured at right angles to the southerly line of said Section 9, also being the
centerline of Palmyrita Avenue.
CONTAINING: 0.43 Acres, more or less.
