That portion of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, conveyed
to the County of Riverside by deed recorded December 20, 1932 in Book 97, Pages 231 through
233, inclusive, of Official Records of said County, lying within said Section 9.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying southerly of the westerly prolongation of that portion of
the northerly line of Parcel "A" of Lot Line Adjustment No. 4704 described in a document recorded
March 5, 2004 as Instrument No. 2004 - 0157398 of Official Records of said Riverside County
described as being "a non - tangent curve concave southerly and having a radius of 200.00 feet ".
