Maps, Records of Riverside County, State of California, lying within Fractional Section 22,
Township 8 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M., more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot "A" as shown on said Parcel Map, said point being
on the easterly right of way line of Woolpert Lane as shown per said Parcel Map No. 17311;
thence along said easterly right of way line, North 00 °53'57" East 110.37 feet;
thence leaving said easterly right of way line, North 57 0 33'43" East 16.03 feet;
